6.4 Backup: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content. We are not liable for any data loss.
6.5 Privacy: We do not claim ownership of your designs or code. However, shared projects may be accessible to other users via share links.

7.1 Platform Ownership: The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by ChipVerify and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Open Source Tools: The Service uses open-source tools (Icarus Verilog, Yosys, Verilator, etc.) subject to their respective licenses.
7.3 Trademarks: "ChipVerify" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.
